Thank you for purchasing from SlimStore Ltd.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable items are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Under UK consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the download, you acknowledge and agree that this right is waived once the download begins.

Physical Products

If you purchase a physical product from SlimStore Ltd, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To initiate a return, please contact us at keith@slimstore.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Affiliate Products

From time to time, SlimStore Ltd may promote or link to third-party products through affiliate partnerships.

Where a purchase is made via an external retailer, the sale contract exists between you and that retailer. Refunds, returns, and customer service for those products are governed by the policies of the third-party seller.

SlimStore Ltd does not process payments or handle returns for affiliate products.
